Reception Sign In

Thought Studio's Reception Sign In System allows your visitors to easily sign into your office using your tablet of choice, once the visitor has signed in and accepted your safety requirements a colour label is printed which they can affix to themselves.

Signing out of your office is simply a case of peeling off the label, and typing in the Visitor# to the tablet, this will signout your visitor from your premises.

Should there be an emergency, any employee can select a shortcut on their phones or tablets and view a list of signed in visitors, this allows your designated wardens to account for any visitors in the building.
